園內友善袋熊可近距離互動，2025/10/6 起袋熊合照需另收 AU$15/人，10 歲以下兒童不可單獨抱袋熊，但可一起入鏡合照。
Get up close with the resident wombats. Since 6 Oct 2025, wombat photos cost an extra AU$15/person; children under 10 can't hold the wombat solo but can join group photos.

近距離袋熊互動，可進入袋熊 Mary 的欄舍陪伴用餐，私人團最多 5 人，AU$130（1–2人），之後每加一人 AU$30；建議提前預約（開放 5 個月前訂位）。※ 查詢時顯示袋熊體驗休息至 8/3，實際開放日期請以官網日曆為準。
An up-close encounter — enter Mary the wombat's enclosure while she eats. Private group of up to 5, AU$130 for 1–2 people, +AU$30 per extra person; bookings open 5 months ahead. Note: at time of checking, the encounter showed as paused until Aug 3 — confirm actual availability on the official booking calendar.
1.5–2 小時小團導覽，可實際觸摸／抱抱袋熊、袋鼠、無尾熊等多種動物，需事先線上預約。
A 1.5–2 hour small-group guided tour with hands-on time holding wombats, kangaroos, koalas and more. Online booking required.
這裡是我自己私心推薦的野生袋熊景點！Tidal River 入口前的 1.5 公里「Wildlife Walk」步道，傍晚時分常能遇見野生袋熊、袋鼠、鴯鶓在草地上覓食，是免費近距離觀察野生袋熊的好地方。搭配一日遊行程更省力：
One of my own personal favourites for wild wombats! A free 1.5km "Wildlife Walk" just before Tidal River — wombats, kangaroos and emus are often spotted grazing here, especially at dusk.
塔斯馬尼亞規模最大的動物收藏，袋熊合照體驗 AU$25，也可加購塔斯馬尼亞惡魔合照。

查詢官網後確認，目前已沒有獨立的袋熊互動體驗項目，園內仍可近距離觀賞袋熊。現有可預約的動物體驗改為：小惡魔幼獸（9月中–2月）、針鼴（9月–4/5月）、蜜袋鼯（全年），各 AU$60–70。
Checked their official site — there is currently no dedicated wombat encounter, though wombats can still be viewed up close in the park. Bookable encounters now are: Baby Devil (mid-Sep–Feb), Echidna (Sep–Apr/May), and Sugar Glider (year-round), each AU$60–70.
除了動物園，也很推薦來看看野生袋熊自在生活的樣子！搖籃山（Cradle Mountain）步道沿途常能遇到袋熊悠哉吃草，瑪麗亞島（Maria Island）更是袋熊天堂，島上袋熊完全不怕人，隨處可見牠們在草地上大搖大擺散步曬太陽。野生動物請只遠遠欣賞，記得保持距離、不要觸摸或餵食。
Beyond the zoos, it's also well worth seeing wild wombats living freely! Along the trails at Cradle Mountain you'll often spot them grazing, and Maria Island is basically wombat paradise — they're so used to people you'll see them wandering the grass in broad daylight. These are wild animals, so please just observe from a distance — no touching or feeding.
南澳政府經營的野生動物保護區，園內可近距離觀賞、觸摸袋熊。查詢官網後確認，原本的獨立「Wombat Experience」預約項目目前已從官網體驗清單下架，現有付費體驗改為無尾熊、爬蟲類、鳳頭鸚鵡、針鼴等，建議直接詢問園方是否仍有袋熊相關活動。
A government-run conservation park in the Adelaide Hills where wombats can be seen and patted up close. Checked their official site — the standalone "Wombat Experience" booking is no longer listed among current experiences (now koala, reptile, cockatoo, and echidna encounters). Worth contacting the park directly to check if any wombat activity is still available.
Murray River 畔的小型「動手體驗」動物園，官網有獨立「Wombat Encounter」項目，可讓袋熊 Winnie 坐在你腿上互動拍照，需 6 歲以上參加。
A hands-on boutique zoo on the Murray River, about an hour from Perth. Their official "Wombat Encounter" lets Winnie the wombat sit in your lap for cuddles and photos — participants must be 6+.
